Acknowledge
We acknowledge all complaints within 1 week of receipt.

Resolve
We aim to resolve complaints within 4 weeks. In extraordinary cases, we'll update you by week 4 and resolve no later than 8 weeks.

No Fees
We do not charge for handling complaints.
