PUBLIC STATEMENT

Our Commitment

WUBU maintains a strict zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. We prohibit bribery, kickbacks, facilitation payments, and improper gifts or hospitality. We apply proportionate controls to prevent and detect misconduct, including in interactions with third parties.

How to Report a Concern (Confidential)

If you suspect an ABC breach involving WUBU or anyone acting on our behalf, please contact us using the methods below. We acknowledge reports within 2 business days and handle them confidentially. WUBU prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.

All personnel receive ABC training at onboarding and periodic refreshers thereafter, with enhanced training for higher-risk roles.
